ANDAKIDZ would not be able to fulfil its mission without your help or without the partnership of some very special organisations at international, national and local level. You can read about ANDAKIDZ’S most important partners below.

If your organisation could help Anda’s children and you would like to partner with us then please contact us.

TAFIAS – Talisay Fishermen’s Association

tafias_logoTAFIAS is our main local (Anda) partner.
Together we built the ANDAKIDZ Community Centre from recycled materials using volunteer tourist and local labour.
Together with them we installed 2,000 solar light bottles in and around Anda.
Together we created and launched TAFIAS WORLD FAMOUS TILAPIA CHIPS – a project which aims to provide dozens of jobs.

We also collaborate with TAFIAS in other ways to provide books to schools and household items to poor families in the barangays of Badiang and Talisay.
We have made agreements to collaborate even further in the future to bring educational, training and play facilities to the people of Talisay and other barangays in Anda.
TAFIAS is a vital partner for ANDAKIDZ.

Bagong Kulturang Pinoy.

Bagong Kulturang Pinoy.

ANDAKIDZ has partnered with the excellent BKP – Bagong Kulturang Pinoy.
Established in Massachusetts, USA in 1998, BKP is a registered non-profit organization that hopes to develop a reading culture among Filipino children in marginalized communities in the Philippines.
ANDAKIDZ, with the support of BKP, aims to set up children’s libraries and reading rooms in every barangay in Anda and offer read aloud sessions to expose budding readers to the joys of reading and help Anda’s children read their way out of poverty.

Total Woodkraft

Total Woodkraft

ANDAKIDZ has partnered with Total Woodkraft – a manufacturer of high quality and sash (using mixed media of indigenous materials, fabric and leather) based in Alburquerque, Bohol. Caraciola Grace Alcala, the boss of Total Woodkraft, has pledged to provide wooden chairs and book shelves to Anda’s day care centres.
The first delivery of 100 chairs was made in April 2013.
